The Doctors at Island Oral Facial offer the only full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery practice north of Victoria on Vancouver Island. All of the surgeons are highly trained, have a strong background in the surgical sciences, and are committed to continued education to provide the latest in oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques. We work closely with your referring dentist and physician to jointly manage complicated oral, surgical and medical problems.

Our main ambulatory surgical facility is one of only two accredited general anaesthetic facilities in Nanaimo. Our facility was the first on Vancouver Island to incorporate in-office 3-D cone beam CT imaging which is just part of our commitment to offering the latest advances in oral and maxillofacial surgery and dental implant surgery. For increased accessibility, we also offer services through our satellite clinics in Parksville and Courtenay. We are affiliated with local hospitals for inpatient and outpatient care and treat most of the facial trauma for the Central and Northern Vancouver Island area.
