1. Assist in creating engaging and compelling marketing content for various platforms, including social media, emails, and website.

2. Manage and schedule social media posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

3. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience.

4. Assist in planning and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and community events.

5. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the event are well-coordinated.

6. Work closely with the Executive Director to create detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.

7. Communicate event details and updates effectively to all stakeholders.

8. Assist in creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

9. Provide on-site support during events, including handling inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise.

10. Contribute creative ideas for event themes, decorations, and activities to enhance the overall event experience.

11. Assist in gathering feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.

1. Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant event management, hospitality, or business program.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Previous event planning experience or coursework is a plus.
