Happy Noon Year 2026

Parksville Downtown businesses are pulling out all the stops for our annual family-fun Happy Noon Year celebration in Memorial Plaza Dec 31 from 10:30 – 12:30.  There will be plenty of great activities including a dance party by DJ Connor, cupcake decorating, facepainting, fun Noon Year events – and don’t miss our countdown and balloon drop at noon.  See you there!
